Estos dos CD y el libro encuadernado en tela de 72 páginas ofrecen la presentación más completa de los experimentos e innovaciones en la exploración del sonido llevados a cabo por los históricos vanguardistas rusos. Esta publicación se basa en los sonidos mismos, pero entre que no se documentó mucho en ese momento y que algunas obras se han perdido por el camino, lo que queda se recoge en el segundo CD, que se centra en la composición ambiental premonitoria de Dziga Vertov para la película de 1930 Enthusiasm, The Dombass Symphony. 

También recoge por primera vez 22 grabaciones originales de Mayakovsky, Mossolov, Jakobson, Khlebnikov, Lenin, Lunacharsky, Kollontay, Trotsky, Pasternak, Meytuss, Akhmatova, Mandelstahm, Naum Gabo, Shostakovich y otros. Pero lo que hace que esta colección sea doblemente valiosa y única son los contenidos del CD-1, que consta de 40 minuciosas reconstrucciones realizadas por el Laboratorio de Creaciones Intermedia, Departamento de Escultura de la facultad de Bellas Artes de Valencia, España, un impresionante fondo documental de obras sonoras de enorme valor, como la ahora legendaria 'Sinfonía de sirenas' presentada en Bakú en 1922 por Arseny Avraamov. Esta composición grabada al aire libre, recoge sonidos de dos baterías de artillería, varios regimientos de infantería completa, todos los cuernos de niebla de la flotilla del Caspio, varios hidroaviones, veinticinco locomotoras de vapor, coros múltiples, conjuntos de silbatos de vapor y todas las sirenas de fábrica de la ciudad. 

De esta manera, podemos gozar de estas joyas sonoras gracias a la reconstrucción de audio espacializada realizada de forma cuidadosa y precisa (utilizando materiales originales contemporáneos), así como otras 39 obras perdidas de incalculable valor histórico y documental, incluida la legendaria Victoria sobre el Sol (mayak & c) y otras obras de Vertov, The Orchestra of Noises, Prokofiev, Mayakovsky, El Lissitsky, The Nothingists, Jandinsky, Malevich, Rozanova, Larionov, Psycho Futurist Group, Kamensky, Jakobson y otros. 

Los CD dan cuerpo a la visión general del autor de la compilación, Miguel Molina Alarcón, así como de la complejidad y amplitud de los muchos movimientos de vanguardia rusos del siglo XX, y hay extensas notas detalladas y contextos para todas las grabaciones individuales, así como biografías de los artistas, notas de trabajo adicionales sobre el proceso de reconstrucción de Bakú, una bibliografía, fotografías raras, enlaces de investigación web, obras de arte relacionadas, facsímiles de documentos contemporáneos, una línea de tiempo comparativa de los movimientos europeos y rusos de Avantgarde, y la primera traducción al inglés de un artículo de Avraamov sobre sus eventos. Imprescindible.
